Are refunds given?

Refunds will only be given if Ravinia cancels the concert.
When do I get my Party Train Tickets?

There are no tickets; as you board the train you will receive a wristband that entitles you to food, drink and round trip transportation aboard the Party Train.
Do I get a discount if I don't take the train?

No, given the discount price for the train, a further discount to the package would be negligible.
