Sports & Spa

Join us on Saturday, June 15th at 5pm for this Double Header: Come out and play-ay at Sky High Sports (Trampoline Park), then travel three minutes and unwind for a spell at King Spa!  This is a pay-on-your-own outing - no advance purchase is required.  I'll give away passes for the first two arrivals at Sky High and the first two arrivals at King Spa!

Part 1 - Sky High Sports Trampoline Park:

On my first visit to a trampoline park (see the blog post), I took 2 Godsons and a cousin.  Despite the fact that I was the only adult jumping, I probably had more fun than the boys!  With dodgeball courts, tons of free-style jump areas and a foam pit (where you can practice your flips), jumping is not only fun, but GREAT exercise.  (In fact, most trampoline parks also offer exercise classes.)  For $22, we'll jump for 2 hours!  Lotion up those crusty heels first, because bare feet are mandatory!

Part 2 - King Spa & Sauna:

We'll grab dinner (if you choose) at about 7:15 at the King Spa & Sauna.  This ain't no girlie-girl spa - it's a unique experience!  For $25, treat yourself to up to 24 hours of relaxation! There is a huge coed space where you can spend a ton of time relaxing in nine saunas, each of which offer varied "healing" attributes.  Enjoy the movie room, swimming pool, free wi-fi connection, Korean restaurant - it's just a great place to rejuvenate! You can get naked if you dare (clothing is NOT optional) in the single-sex jacuzzi area, where you can also take advantage of "group" body treatments (okay, it's not orgy-like, but treatments aren't private), private treatments, or don a comfortable cotton shorts and t-shirt uniform and hang out only in the coed area.  This spa is family-oriented and you'll see multi-generational families present.
